We were faithful to the contests main idea of building a simple yet functional auditorium. This was a fundamental premise to take into account due to the tight budget in hand of 600,000 €.
Therefore, the proposal put forward was to create a single volume, similar to an exterior container, which would in turn occupy the entire site adapting to the gradual slope in the terrain. Thus, the stage box is accessible from the street, allowing ease of access to materials and at the same time being able to generate different landscapes in the background.
