Hotel. Bab – Ezzouar, ALGERIA. Under construction 2016-
A thorough renovation has been carried out over an existing but unfinished project. The project geometry was covered in a new sandstone skin with linear bronze openings, to give the whole project an abstracted look.
As it is situated in a new construction business environment, in which the appearance of the complex is completely heterogeneous, it was decided to opt for the strength of the massive volume, interrupted with some openings, which change the scale of the complex.
The project arises from a plinth, which houses part of the external services, such as restaurants, the swimming pool,the gym, and has 300 rooms.
