The Tofio Resort is a new hotel formed by the union of two different hotels constructed in different periods, the Maxorata and the Bay, as an emblem of the town of Tarajelejo. Once the first part of the rehabilitation is finished, the numbers of vicissitudes in the project are counted along with its completion.
The new Bay Beach hotel provides a turning point in traditional Canaries tourist accommodation as it is a total internal rehabilitation, completely different appearance in comparison to the original building and it has been designed in an alternative manner to the rest of the establishments already in the area.
