The projected housing has a longitudinal development from east to west, seeking the use of the sun by the pool area as well as in the main rooms and terraces. This project will be developed on two floors. The ground floor area comprises a daytime environment, within this area courtyards allow more light and air to flow through the rooms. The ground floor has outdoor areas designed as terraces, a solarium, outdoor dining overlooking the pool and a large garden that surrounds the house. The first floor consists of a gallery that allows access to the rest of the rooms on that floor.
