Multi-residential. Douala. CAMEROON. Project 2011
This is a concrete building of 14 apartments. The project aims was to make, being a high-rise construction, all apartments have their own outdoor terrace. A terraced volume was the optimal solution to this approach. The first three floors contain four apartments each. The third floor has two apartments which in turn communicate with a solarium terrace on the roof. This access is
y a spiral staircase. All the homes have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room attached to the kitchen. Also the plot offers parking, swimming pool and garden areas.
