An existing resort in Valencia has a project put forward for a complete transformation whilst adapting the business model to the current dynamics of the complex. After closely analysing the market we decide to make ‘sport’ the main theme. The quality of life and sport will be the main themes in the new hotel model. The existing complex has 73 rooms. We will add several buildings to increase the total number of rooms to 150. In addition, a spa with regenerative therapies, sport coffee shops, restaurants, multipurpose hall (capable of becoming a theatre when needed), 5 paddle courts, two tennis courts, a sports centre , various swimming pools and two football fields, one with natural grass and the other with artificial turf.
