Starting from a site with a high buildability, a strategy of stacking and grouping of different volumes is carried out, in a mixed building with apartments and hotels, Reminiscent of balanced block constructions with large overhangs and interior voids, topped by a continuous swimming pool that is confused with the sea.
This project works with the idea of scale that has been developed previously, and with the idea of iconic buildings, which are capable of attracting by themselves a client stupefied by the supply of internet.
