On an old restaurant of a single plant and in ruinous state, a new simpler geometry is rebuilt and born
the new res tauran t ‘The Txoko’.
Starting from the fact that the menu w i l l be essent ia l ly nourished with fresh products on the grill, the project looks for an image that remembers to this process, for it is used an enclosure of gabions of black marble stone in cages of galvanized steel, that give the building a craft character, very close to the traditional cuisine. The interiors are made with spruce woods treated with natural dyes and warm materials, to allow great comfort demanded by the client.
