In this case an old abandoned farm house was to be restored containing a wine cellar. It was in poor condition yet still retains all the original stone and brick walls. This farm house is to be transformed into a small rural hotel with a restaurant and wine cellar.
The project was divided into two phases. The first phase was a basic restoration maintaining the original stone and wooden beams and the second phase was maintaining the building contents and emphasizing the original elements by wrapping it in a sleek and modern architecture.
The hotel-restaurant project was organized through the three floors of the entire building.
