The main concept was to show the idea of hope by remembering the vertical appearance of an oasis in the desert through moving bars that compose the structure.
Constituting an illuminated structure that functions like a framework in which tension, torsion and traction are
combined. The building distributes its lines according to relations of force, which symbolizes the real relations that could exist between the main characters of the former Dubai inhabitants. The proper tension of the column represents in itself similar to that of a rising muscle which lengthens with the passage of time. In each level of growth a horizontal section of bunch of tendons would give the aspect of one of the component cells of the system.
