underground parking for both visitors and residents. 2. Construction of a residents parking based on demand. 3 . Creating a green boulevard that allows both pedestrian and vehicles along it. This Boulevard will be connected to the city centre via the railway. 4. Managing the south with the introduction of a large
green park expanding the city.
