Single-family Housing. Carbonero, Segovia. SPAIN. Built 2007
A family home is decided to be built from an old building barn that already exists in the property. Therefore the original masonry wall facing the street is kept and the rest is of the interior is demolished. Between the existing masonry wall and the new building an access ramp is built to counteract the incline between the street and the garden.
The general layout of the house complies with the type of dwelling unit, as well as all the designing rules and standards within Castilla y Leon.
The pedestrian access takes place out by the road through an exterior ramp that reaches a lobby.
