The urbanization is divided into different zones. The various different areas offer a range of features that encourage different activities and uses yet they don’t break the overall aesthetics of the neighbourhood.
Among the features raised by the proposed plan is the outside garden area, which can be linked to the ground
floor apartments and the interior areas in which recreational areas have been established and are of common use.
The central garden has a meticulous geometric design, dividing the garden into different isolated areas separated by hedges making it extremely versatile.
