Single Family Housing. Dubai. UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

This project develops the concept of ‘frame’, or arquitectonic marc, using a framing element on the maximum volume allowed by the regulation, in a strictly delimited area such as ‘The palm Jumeriah’.This frame is covered with a lattice of lacquered aluminum in gold that is the result of the parametric development of zones of shadow in the upper plant.

The overall volume of the house is made by solid sandstones of light tones to favor ventilation and light reflection, and supports on a ventilated black ceramic base.
