In a miserably ruined environment such as La Manga del Mar Menor, lies an orthogonal plot which despite the location, the client requests planning for a holiday home.

The task at hand was made difficult due to the very low quality and visually dismal aesthetics of four apartment towers blocking all the southern light which had to be avoided and blocked from their view by all means.  Due to the circumstances we opted for pure volumetric lines, very abstract in order not to acquire any reference from its surroundings. The house was divided into two levels, the ground floor completed with large windows (for common areas) and a blind upper floor (for bedrooms).
