On the main headquarters of the CNPS, in the city of Yaounde, an integral renovation project has been proposed, trying to respect the appearance of the existing tower by working only in the top part, introducing an industrialized element, that houses the roof facilities and at the same time provides a new level for management offices and a terrace along the perimeter.
During the facade restoration process, the thickness of the tower was modified to achieve greater slenderness.
The energy efficiency of the tower has been improved by the installation of thermal glass, solar capture systems on the new roof and highly efficient lighting inside and outside the building.
