This is a 12-storey high residential tower, located in an area adjacent to a hightraffic road and close to some relocation housing . The plan proposed opted for housing
ypologies of 1-3 bedrooms from the first to the twelfth floor in a symmetrical disposition. Three underground floors were al located for parking purposes, a
eated pool and sauna area. The main entrance area on the ground floor has a garden area, a few courts and a playground. Geometrically speaking a homogenous structure was built up to the ighth floor thus making it possible to later setback the façade and create terraces.
