In the heart of the financial centre of Douala, Cameroon, a twenty storey office and hotel tower is planning to be
constructed.
The actual structure is very simple since it consists of parallel frames hosting a series of aluminium and glass
prisms which move together to create balconies that give certain dynamic aspect to the whole overall structure.
The building will serve as both a hotel and as an office tower hence there will be an entrance at the front as well
as at the rear of the building. Furthermore it will also have a rooftop swimming pool as well as a panoramic
restaurant on the penultimate floor. The building will be completed with reinforced concrete and later covered in
aluminium composites.
The complex will also provide ample parking space with 3 floors of parking.
