Single-family Housing. Madrid. SPAIN. Built 2004
AWARDS. Selected work Madrid
This is a home that integrates into an existing neighborhood by preserving the colours in the area and at the same time reducing the overall scale from two to three heights.
The general layout of the house meets the needs suggested by the client.
The house had to separate two very different areas:
The daily home and the office area.
The project aimed to cover all these needs and successfully isolate these two distinct areas in the home. Therefore a large entrance area was created which then gave way to the different areas of the house.
The private area is found in the south wing which is grouped into two floors. Areas of constant use such as the kitchen and dining room were built on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor.
