The auditorium is quite versatile and allows music concerts, plays, sporting events, conventions and banquets, films, displays of international sporting events, etc … in a completely professional way. The maximum capacity of the complex varies depending on the type of show and its needs. The auditoriums is adaptable in minutes for the required use.
Two of the floors in this building have all the facilities necessary for the music school, dance and performing arts schools of Malabo and to host the National dance company, with all the necessary amenities.
A restaurant with city views and a disco bar on the top floor completes the weekly use of the building.
