Withinth estructural surroundings of a village named Huercal-Overa, a plan is put forward to construct twelve new state subsidized homes adhering to the existing scenic development in place. It is decided to continue with the irregular profile already in place throughout the development and create two elements of different height which present a set of volumes that approach and move away from the facades front line. The highest volume
(vertical element) gathers the practical totality of the program and is bathed by light throughout the day, whereas the lower piece (horizontal element) allows the existence of a third dormitory on the ground floor, which is extremely advantageous and beneficial
